Why Step Into the Solar Industry Now?

Solar energy is India’s fastest-growing infrastructure sector, backed by aggressive national clean energy policies (PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, PM-KUSUM, and large-scale industrial decarbonization mandates).

If you are looking to transition from traditional, saturated sales domains into a future-proof, high-ticket capital industry with massive growth opportunities, this role offers an ideal transition pathway.

Role Overview

You will spearhead B2B distribution and channel expansion within your designated state territory.

Your primary mission is to build, nurture, and scale a high-volume network of solar EPC contractors, electrical dealers, agricultural machinery stockists, and system integrators.

You will drive sales for Tier-1 solar modules (Avaada), high-efficiency on-grid/hybrid inverters, and integrated energy storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

2. Volume Distribution

Drive monthly revenue and multi-megawatt (MW) supply volumes for Avaada solar modules, on-grid inverters, and hybrid energy storage units.

3. Competitor Conversion

Systematically identify EPCs purchasing competitor brands and convert them through competitive commercial pricing, stock availability, and technical reliability.

4. Field Mobility & Beat Management

Execute a structured weekly tour plan across district clusters (minimum 14–16 field days per month) conducting direct partner visits, site evaluations, and commercial negotiations.

5. Commercial Closure & Receivables

Manage quotations, payment terms, and ensure 100% advance or secure payment collections prior to dispatch.
